NDIS

NDIS provides funding to people with a disability so that they can be supported to improve their lives, spend more time with friends and family and develop and achieve life goals.

Participants are provided with reasonable and necessary supports including therapeutic treatment and have the ability to exercise choice and control over who they engage with.

Healthcore therapists will work hard to facilitate this using a tailored approach for each participant.

They will offer advice and recommend equipment to ensure correct posture is maintained at all times and to minimise strain and stress. They will also provide a report of their findings and recommendations.

The Healthcore team will work closely with employers to determine the critical physical demands of each role in an organisation and will structure a pre-employment assessment that is specifically tailored to the requirements of the role.
Pre-emplooyment screening

Healthcore allied health professionals will analyse every role and employment duty in your organisation to determine the critical physical demands and build a job dictionary from scratch or revise your existing job dictionary.
Job dictionary development or revisions

Skilled and experienced Healthcore assessors will attend a workplace to carefully analyze tasks and offer recommendations that target reducing injury risk.
